The thread is two years old and some of the links don’t work but it
might just entertain nonetheless.

Entryism 2

It’s been a helluva long time since I posted “Entryism 1” without
posting an “Entryism 2”, the main reason being that I couldn’t be
bothered, but here goes….

This article entitled “Is the alcohol message all wrong?” under
the BBC website’s “Viewpoint” section (a section which, IMHO, the
BBC website shouldn’t have anyway) is by Kate Fox. As soon as I saw
the surname “Fox” I thought “Spiked”, “Sense About Science”, “Living
Marxism” and the rest. Lo and behold….

It provides funding for Sense about Science….

If you’re at a loss as to what entryism is in this case, read this.

Poor dears!

Apparently MPs are almost having breakdowns due to tighter expense
rules: Tighter expenses rules ‘harming MPs’ mental health’

The new, tougher expenses regime is damaging MPs’ “mental wellbeing”,
the doctor who looks after them has said.

Dr Ira Madan told a committee looking into the system that its “frustrations
and difficulties” had increased workloads but decreased rewards.

She also said MPs were tired of being the butt of jokes about their expenses.

If you’ve read this blog before you may have noticed the name Ira Madan.
I had the misfortune of being in the same meeting as her a few
years ago in the House of Commons. She is, in my humble opinion, a total
cow. I was going to say “bitch” but I decided on “cow”.

Maybe it should be “bitch”?
