A message to BT

The more you call me to sell your services, the more I will avoid
your company.

Is that simple enough for you?
Is it simpler now than when I told you the exact same thing
over the phone and your employee took offence despite my lack
of swearing or anger?

Do you understand me now?
Do you understand that the more you call me, the more you drive me
into the ‘arms’ of TalkTalk etc?

You are acting like some sort of telecommunications-based stalker.
